  1. The data controller according to § 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) is Ing. Personal data means all information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a certain identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or by reference to one or more specific elements of physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
    II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
  4. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him when filling out the contact form within Facebook advertising, or on the website, or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order,
  5. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
    III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
  6. The legal reason for processing personal data is:
     the performance of the contract between you and the controller according to § 13 par. 1 letter b) of the Act,
     the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial announcements and newsletters) according to § 13 par. 1 letter f) of the Act,

  1. The purpose of processing personal data is:
     to handle your order and exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for successful order processing (name and address, contact) are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the controller,
     the purpose of processing personal data is to handle your request for a free consultation, communicate with you, as well as for other marketing purposes.
  2. The controller does not / does engage in automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of § 28 of the Act. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.
    IV. Retention Period of Personal Data
  3. The controller retains personal data:
     for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship),
     until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, at the latest.
  4. After the expiration of the retention period of personal data, the controller will delete the personal data.
    V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Subcontractors)
  5. Recipients of personal data are persons

 involved in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on the contract,
 providing technical support for the website and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
 providing marketing services.

  1. The controller does not / does intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.

VI. Your Rights

  1. Under the conditions set out in the Act, you have:
     the right to access your personal data according to § 21 of the Act,
     the right to correct personal data according to § 22 of the Act, or to limit processing according to § 24 of the Act,
     the right to delete personal data according to § 23 of the Act,
     the right to object to processing according to § 27 of the Act,
     the right to data portability according to § 26 of the Act,
     the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Art. III of these conditions.
  2. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
    VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data
    1. The controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  3. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form.
  4. The controller declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.
    VIII. Final Provisions
  5. By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
  6. You agree to these conditions by entering your name, email, in the contact form on the website and on Facebook advertising. By doing so, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
